Sourcing
Where do you source your products?
We source our products from China, Canada and niche markets in the US. You can rest easy knowing that we carefully select our products, and test them for quality and not just pricing.
Are you cost-cutting?
We don't cost cut, we negotiate. We promise you high-margin products but our margins do vary depending on the pricing we've received. Our markup of 15% stays constant, regardless of the original cost of the product.
Can we see your cost price?
Cost pricing is included on all of our products, including bulk pricing and wholesale pricing. We've broken down our product pages to showcase your margins clearly.
Returns and Refunds
How do I return a product?
You may return your products if they are in new-sellable condition within a set period of time depending on your membership status.
Defective products have a different, more extended timeline and the process is the same.
You can submit a return request via your account and we'll get back to you within 24 business hours.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed 5-7 business days from receiving your products. In most cases, if recieving defective or open stock, we will process your refund as a store credit, which can be used across all of our products.
Excise Policy
What if my Province introduced a tax?
If your Province is considering introducing an excise tax on vaping products, we have a solution.
We will take back and replace your current excise stamps with updated ones, whether you purchase them with us or not. All you have to do is cover the additional tax, but we'll handle the rest.
Excise is expensive, help!
Excise tax is expensive, but we try to help as much as we can. Twice a year, you will find we have an Excise Sale, which is where we cover all excise duty charges on select products! By doing this, we are able to rotate our inventory, and provide you with an increased margin!
